In the event of inclement weather on Saturdays and Sundays, a decision to cancel or play the games (as scheduled) will be made as early as possible. A message will be placed on our office answering machine (276-666-6201) and information will be put on our website concerning the status of games for that particular weekend. An email will also be sent to all our coaches once this decision has been made to help with contacting all players and parents.

Please be patient and give our volunteers the opportunity to go to the fields to see if they are playable first so we can make the right decision on games. Call our office number or checks our website for the status of games. We promise to post the game status early enough for you to still make other plans, and not have to drive to the fields.
