Join in for JoAnn - Local Family in Need

Hello,

Our friend and Monmouth County resident JoAnn Filippo is in need of a liver transplant. Unfortunately, JoAnn is without health insurance. JoAnn is a young, caring, outgoing, friend and mother and she is deserving of our help. A committee of family, friends, co-workers, church members, community leaders, business people and community organizations has been formed to raise $30,000 to fund the medication for this life saving liver transplant. The key is that time is of the essence as we are rushing to raise these funds to all for JoAnn to obtain the liver she needs for her very survival.

We have planned several crucial fund raisers to meet this goal and this is where we need your help! We would be honored if you would assist our committee in any of the following ways:

- Donate a gift certificate, gift basket, product or service for our dinner/gift auction
- Place an ad in our ad journal that will be featured at our dinner/gift auction
- Sponsor a table at our dinner/gift auction
- Make a monetary donation

In return for your generous gift, all businesses/individuals who donate in any way will be recognized in the following ways:

- Announced at our dinner/gift auction
- Listed as a donor in our ad journal that will be circulated to over 300 people at the dinner/gift auction
- For items/services donated for the gift auction, your company/individual name will be listed next to the donated item/service(s)
