All normal soccer rules apply, with the following exceptions:
- Four 12-minute periods (teams switch sides at halftime)
- 4 players on the field per team
- No shoes that leave marks on the gymnasium floor are permitted
- No goalkeepers
- No slide-tackles
- Outside basketball court lines serve as boundries
- Instead of throw-ins, play is restarted with a kick-in (ball must be on the ground and stopped) from the spot on the sideline where the ball went out of bounds
- All free kicks are indirect (ball cannot be shot directly into the net without touching another player)
- Basketball hoops/backboards/etc are considered out-of-bounds
- If the ball touches the ceiling while still in-bounds, play is restarted with a free kick on the field at the nearest point to where the ball touched the ceiling
- Unlimited substitutions can be made at any stoppage in play
- There is no overtime for a regular league game
- For the play off games at the end of the season, if there is a tie after full time, then an additional 3 minutes each way will be played in full. If there is still a tie after overtime has been played, then after a 3 minute break, play will be re-started and the first team to score will be declared the winner
